THE AIR-COOLED PORSCHE 911 is undeniably one of the most renowned sports cars in history. Produced from 1964 to 1998, its core architecture remained fundamentally unchanged for an impressive thirty-four years.

In an imaginative scenario, this collection envisions a world in which the original 911 serves as the foundation for iconic television and movie cars from the air-cooled era. Each 911 depicted adheres to the premise that the vehicles used in these films would have been built between 1964 and 1998, aligning closely with each film’s release date. Careful consideration was given to selecting the specific year and trim level that would have been most fitting for each scenario. We are not suggesting these films should have used an air-cooled 911—only that they could have.
